Thanks Souvik, that might also be what he meant.
If you simply just want to attach it as something like a "check this file out, it's bugged like Virginia in August" and don't want to archive it, feel free to upload it somewhere safe like sourceforge or a SVN repo.

Ashbad, SourceForge doesn't sound like a good idea to me. If he is just posting a bugged program, he could: PasteBin it, SourceCoder it, MediaFire it, or any other variety of things. SourceForge seems like overkill for something that will be downloaded ~10 times and then not messed with again.
