I could of course be wrong, but the original 83+ doesn't use its awkward link assist in the OS, no.
The link assist that the OS uses is 83+SE and up.

Sure. It has been integrated into tiDE, and now has lots more features. I'm still increasing the accuracy of the emulator.

What do you mean by increasing the accuracy? What does it do and not do well? z80 core? ports emulated by the ASIC, such as the keyboard, timers, and all the millions of other things? How about the LCD? Register to Join the Conversation
