I think we need to find at least one more proof of his theft and confront him and the ticalc.org staff with it.
If he is stealing code, ie the code is exact, then we need to email ticalc with this info, the last time I reported stolen code, the guy got banned from ticalc, and all his files deleted... Evil or Very Mad
I found one and reported it already, ticalc.org didn't respond yet.
Perhaps they're also reviewing his stuff more thoroughly before making a ruling.
