I found out about this today when I got my copy of Game Informer. I think the idea behind this laptop is rather interesting, just wondering if any of you gents had heard about it.
I agree that it's an interesting concept, but to be honest, I am not a big fan of single-purpose devices. I'm willing to pay to have my desktop be really great at playing games (and surfing the web, and watching media, and writing documents, etc), and my laptop be less good at games but very good at being a tablet and doing all the other things.
They device interests me, but not for gaming. I can see a reprogrammable display/keyboard being useful for every sort of application and field. It's a matter of the issues the demo units at CES had with heat and all. But bearing in mind there are something like 2 in existance, that is a moot point
