They're hidden tags in pages that provide more information about them. Among their promary uses are for helping search engines by providing keywords and search context. They can also say who created the page, when it was last updated, etc.
ok, yeah I gathered that from different pages that I have visited and looked at their source code...
Speaking of website scripting, I just fixed the Cemetech countdown.php script so that it sorts the result corrrectly.
cool. I just need to learn it now...
It's really not that difficult if you know Perl/CGI.
but I don't so that makes it difficult...
Ah. Indeed it would. It's not really similar to any other language, although there are some elements of Javascript in it.
