TI Connect X to Version 4.0. Reviews?

So, the last version of TI Connect X (the Mac edition) I used was 1.6. It was extremely buggy, and caused me to switch to using the Linux version of tilp on my Mac. Today I noticed that Ti Connect X is now Version 4.0. Anyone tried it out? Is it better? More stable?
