I made my username when I was 11 and signing up for an Xbox account for the first time after my parents bought me Minecraft for Win10, and I just started using it everywhere because nowadays I consider its cringy nature intentional haha. The 57 is absolutely random, and you can tell its "hand-typed random" because the 5 and 7 keys are so close on the qwerty keyboard
My profile picture is just ripped off of my Reddit avatar. Basically, strange inspect-element trickery on my profile page on Reddit eventually led me to an original SVG of my avatar, which I then rendered to a transparent PNG in Inkscape. I have no idea how to replicate the process of obtaining the SVG though.

Is there a standard where the 5 and 7 keys are not near each other? I suppose split keyboards separate them but they're still qwerty.

Well, I just explicitly said "qwerty" for the heck of it, but perhaps one "layout" that would make 57 seem like an odd hand-typed random number is the good ol' numpad. Because I absolutely cannot see myself moving one position up and then *left* after typing 5 when I'm typing a random number via numpad. Maybe I'm just weird.
I choose my username when I was a kid becuase I liked legend of Zelda, and the avatar comes from how I have a really cool shirt and was trying to draw the character on it, a beat, and accidently ended up drawing a really demented beat, I might fix it at one point though.
The pi came from me liking pi, and the 644721 appeared when I typed randInt(100000,999999) into my calculator. It just looked like a nice number so I remembered it and used it as part of my username.
If you don’t want to type my full username you can use pi64 or just pi.
I got NOSHIRTEDKEEPER from not ever wearing a shirt + (playing goalkeeper / the leader of the green hollows in wingfeather saga is called the keeper), and my logo is because I am SCUBA certified.
I've probably posted in here before, but my name is Dani, and I'm a catgirl, so Dani + Nyaaa (which is an anime cat noise) And my pfp is a picrew that I made a while ago which I added cat ears and whiskers to
Im L and N is sitting next to me, my PFP is the album cover of Marvin's Marvelous Mechanical Museum by Tally Hall, redrawn by yours truly in Cars and Ice Cream's ICOPRO for the CE and uploaded with Ti Connect.
My avatar is the following except obviously not animated
which, as a whole, is also the first letter of the full version of my music producer logo.
I username is based on Cars & Coffee, which is basically another name for car meet. I swapped Coffee with Ice Cream because ice cream is essential to my survival in high school. My avatar is the Lamborghini Temerario with the Alleggerita package.
My avatar is from the Rhythm Heaven (DS) minigame "Airboarder" (aka "Aerosurf")
My username is ThatOneGuy because I am the guy everyone knows of but doesn't know, thus being referred to frequently as "that one guy".
My profile picture is a projection of a Sierpinski pentachoron because hey, why not?
I go by saladin, asdf2jkl, or n8pjl, depending on where I am. The first I picked simply because he's an interesting historical figure that people recognize, but is typically (and not always) free for use. asdf2jkl is an older username that I've kept because it's a great backup as it's never taken, plus I've had it since I was 12. The last is my amateur radio callsign. While I'm not an active ham, it makes for a good domain name and (again) is unlikely to have been taken.
My avatar is always the same picture taken from Wikipedia's page on Saladin, though the picture changed many years ago and my version is only found on Encyclopedia Britannica.
I was creating my playstation account when I was 11. Since Erico95 was already taken, I came up with zerico2005. A combination of my previous username and “zeric”, which was a fishing rod I used to have.
I came up with Erico95 (95 for Lightning Macqueen) in 2011 so I could sign up for club penguin when I was 5. “Eric” was already taken.
