BASIC Subprograms Header

I cannot seem to make it work correctly, using the format on the Wiki.

Is the proper format though why he doesn't have a way to do it with out an icon is beyond me.

I used the icon but when I tried the subprograms it wouldn't unarchive automatically.

I don't remember exactly, but this might also work:

the icon doesn't seem to work without the second colon, and the subprogram doesn't work otherwise.

You can't have a description and auto-unarchived subprograms so you you have to pick one or the other until Kerm fixes that.

Well, it never really existed in the first place, so the word isn't "fix" so much as "implement".
