i bought a new ti 84+ se and when i was scrolling through the catalog i noticed
Code:
openlib(
and
Code:
execlib(
. Since i was curius i searched through the manual and could not find the commands in it. Does anyone know what these commands do and how to use them?
No idea, im guessing it means open library ect. like xlib or something. dunno.

here's a snippet from education.ti

Support for Library functions
This functionality supported the execution of certain Apps as "library functions" similar to such usage in computer programming (e.g., C++ and XML).

User interface implications:

Library commands are accessible via [2nd] CATALOG:
• OpenLib(
• ExecLib
the only application with an ExecLib interface is currently 84+SE.

also all the time related commands are new.
yes, we have gone over that already.

i really like the time functions for the TI84+SE it's really helpful
So would openlib be used for things like xlib? Or do they have to be specifically built to utilize it?
i'm thinking the latter
