Cant use usb stick on TI_84 plus ce

I tried to use a usb adapter for the ti-84 and multiple usb sticks in the fat32 format but nothing Works. I have cesium installed and when i click on the usb drive it just showes the default screen with connect a usb drive first but the usb drive is already inserted. Any help?
