Is There a Way You could put a page on the site & embed the Updating Project List from here: https://www.cemetech.net/forum/viewforum.php?f=4
That feels like it would further reduce the claimed originality of the site vs. just being a repost of Cemetech and other community content.
I'll go against the track here and say that, given that in most cases, software released by the community tends to be open source, those kinds of licenses are NOT prohibitive to redistributing/offering downloads of software. You can't include a license stipulating that sharing the software is allowed and then complain it's being shared. As long as the person doing the sharing keeps the license with the software, there's no issue here.
That being said, its generally bad practice to rip under-development software (or even released software) away from its home, wherein is stated operating requirements (library versions needed, assets/extra downloads, and user guides) and just provide a download the author doesn't know about and therefore cannot support. You could provide a link to the actual source, but at that point you're just a software mirror. You could try to provide a mirror service for games, ie some informational website where you can search a game and be told latest version, platform required, dependencies, reviews, development status, download links, etc. It seems that was already the general intent, if I'm reading right.

The Reason I Am Suggesting This is That Way You Don't Have to Go to Cemetech(or back to Cemetech) to see which games are new or have been updated recently & They Can View The Project updated from one site instead of switching tabs or having extra bookmarks.
