Oiram Issues

Recently, I attempted to boot up “Oiram” and got the message, “Error: Missing Library, Library Name=GraphX” even though I have GraphX installed. Also, whenever I run Oiram and have GraphX unarchived, it re-archives itself. Any suggestions?
GraphX is supposed to be archived. Be sure you install the latest libraries from here: https://github.com/CE-Programming/libraries/releases/latest
