is everyone doing these now, I guess I should get one done (probably not).
hehe, I seem to keep giving Kerm good ideas or something... Very Happy

Anyways, yeah, you should go ahead and make on in your subforum area... Smile
ok, if you insit on it, though I don't know what I can come up with.
I guess I should help out more on the AI Player thing, seeing as I pretty much started it. Razz
(BTW, I win numerically, not that I'm being competitive or anything... Very Happy
yeah, you do, but I hate a million projects.
Meh, me too, that's why I'm trying to finish some of this stuff up.
I try to keep most of my projects in my head, mainly as motivation to finally get something done and then finally go on to something else.

As do I, yet Dan writing his list down inspired me to do the same, and I think it did indeed help me organize my thoughts a bit.
I want to set my avatar as the picture of my pet dog... how can i do this?
one, register, two, Kerm, check all forums to stop guest posting.
Meh, I always do when I created subforums. Whoever created this one didn't bother to check permissions. I'll fix it.
Sorry for reviving this old topic, but I am wondering whether you have done anything more on the hardware projects Question
I did a theoretical proof of the laser-link, and I'm gathering knowledge and materials for the wireless dataglove. I've learned a whole bunch of stuff from the first version, the wired dataglove, including the following:

>>solder is really, really bad at taking repeated flexing or stress
>>ribbon cable wire is flexible but a hair thick for sowing down
>>IC socket make awesome component interconnects
>>a wristband is the way to go for the transmitter
>>it's hard to hand-make a good accelerometer

I'm trying to research electroconductive fabrics and threads, as well. I have a wireless keyboard and mouse that I can use for it, plus the receiver, of course. One thing I could start doing is mapping the key matrix for the keyboard controller...
dataglove Surprised how, what...man that thing is cool. Just a question, but when you made the list, why not make the entries that have topics link to their topics?
Lowres pix of Mark I, but nonetheless, here they are:
