Well, someone should get cracking!
When I learn TI86 asm this summer I won't need libs any more Very Happy
I found a ti-86 basic tools program that allows for sprites and several other features here: http://www.ticalc.org/archives/files/fileinfo/367/36732.html

I immediately started making a city simulator (my second one, actually. my first one which used the homescreen got deleted when my calc reset). By today I could add buildings, enlarge the map, had a completely finished menu and some other neat features ... when ... I reset my ram! (I reset the ram on my 86 around 3 times per day it seems :O)

Anyways, If anyone has an 86, I would recommend this program.
