Hows it going everyone? Long time reader, just never had an account. I was always able get answer from the helpful posts found on here. I’m having some problems with Ti Connect CE and I can’t seem to find updated posts on my problem.

What im trying to do

Use Ti Connect CE to type notes, formulas etc and send it to the calculator. Im using my pc to do so that I can type a lot of info in a short time. Ive been doing this for months with no problems, then all of a sudden it gives me some errors.

What I did to try and fix the problem

Turn it off and turn it back on lol
Push the cable in harder lol
Reinstall diver
Reinstall ti connect ce
Swap usb ports, all usb porn work on my pc tried them with other devices
Swap pc, even did a factory restore to try and get it to work
Swaps usb cables, both cables work for sure
Clear ram on ti 84 cse
Im so sick of this calculator im about to buy the Texas Instruments TI-Nspire CX since it doesn’t have CAS and it can read images and ms word documents(correct me if im wrong)

How can I fix this?

Album to show what im talking about

Apropos of nothing in particular, SourceCoder 3 here at Cemetech can also create and edit files, if you ever happen to not have TI Connect CE handy, or find that it's missing symbols or tokens.

What kind of errors are you getting, exactly? (Edit: found the album) Does this happen with any file you try to send to the calculator? What if you make, for example, a blank file and try to send it?

I was able to send other(new) files that I made and it worked but i cant seem to send the file I was working on. Everything in that file was typed using ti connect ce so they are all valid token that the calculator should recognize. Ive run into an error along the line of this "Invalid token...Invalid character" and i found out it was caused by having weird symbols that the ti84 cse cant recognize. Thats why I type everything in the ti connect ce software and after every 4 lines or so ill send it to the calculators.

SourceCoder 3 seems alot better that the ti connect ce software. How can I use that to send text to the ti84 cse?
