I have a problem... When i try to delete some of the files on my computer, it says they are currently in use by another process... The problem is, no process is using them... (for example, i was downloading UT2004 Demo, and had to cancel... now i cant delete the partial file)

Is there a simple way to get rid of them? I tried linux, but there's no NTFS writeback, so it cant delete teh files...
The solution is simple. First off, you could try going into safe mode to delete them, but that's a pain and there's no guarentee that a process still won't be using them. The second - and in my opinion better - solution is to get HijackThis (if you don't already have it) and go into the Misc Options and use the delete on reboot tool. What it does is the next time your computer starts up it will delete the file before windows starts up. You could also use a similar program to accomplish this. I believe Sysinternals has such a program.
