I vote we send emails to the guy who wrote it and ask him how he is at the top of downloads for the past week but has only one prog that is not ranked.

Its not, they did not remove it from the dir, they just took it off the list. He can still easily use his program to do what he was doing before. Its still in the directory.
They just need to delete the file from the dir and ban him.
EDIT:: It seems that hes not on the physical list though: http://www.ticalc.org/archives/files/authors.html#2 .
So basicly he can cheat it all he wants but they deny his name and programs access from the dir and lists. You can still look him up though

I already have, Elfprince, but I don't know if you guys understand completely. This is the same guy that we were trying to get rid of before. They took away the stats for the file, but they left all that he had gained in his author profile.
