If Snap will cooperate, I should have a universal Cortana API. Developers will be able to add commands to Cortana when their app is running.

For example, in the Music app, a custom command could be added such as "Shuffle", and when you type that, it launches Music.

To do this, I'm going to need a central frame that launches in all apps.
This look okay?

Long as it's small enough.

Small as in space (data) or space (screen area)?

Oh, and merthsoft, I'll just count this as another pre-release bug.
Can you rename programs using a Celtic command or something?

You can create a new program with a different name, then use ReadLine and WriteLine to copy the contents to the new program.

screen area
Nice project.
But I would not recommend having "Windows 10" in its name.
It just confuses quite a bit and you could maybe get sued or whatever.
Okay. I'm trying to run an archived program. This is my code:

2->Q:Str3:det(11,0,4:prgmXTEMP004

(Str3 has the program name in it)

What's wrong here?

Try putting Str3->Ans instead of just Str3

RUN SETUP, AS ALWAYS.

There IS a new build.
The only reason I'm releasing this is because I need feedback on Snap. It only works on Battery Saver and Test, and anyone can use Test to create snappable apps. Cortana's icon now changes, but Cortana's settings have moved to Settings. You can also use Cortana when the calculator is locked.

DON'T RUN SETTINGS IF YOU'RE IN SNAP (remember this)

Controls for Snap
ENTER: snap an app
Double tap ZOOM: flip app (similar to Windows 8.x)
ZOOM+open space: snap another app
ZOOM+UP: Switch app (only available if two apps are snapped)
ZOOM+DOWN: Close apps
ZOOM+LEFT or ZOOM+RIGHT: Expand app (only if one app is snapped)

Everything else is stable but Snap.
If you want a stable build, don't use Snap.

Please report any glitches (most importantly, Snap)

Has nobody used it?
Looks great!

(I can imagine the builds taking 1 second on Tokens)
New build today! This one's stabler (if that's a word). Here's the good stuff before the more boring text.

DO NOT ATTEMPT TO RUN SETTINGS WHILE SNAPPED!
You can now snap apps by pressing ENTER. This currently only works for Clock and Battery Saver, but more apps will be added in the future, bear with me.

Controls:
ENTER: snap an app
Double tap ZOOM: flip app (similar to Windows 8.x)
ZOOM+open space: snap another app
ZOOM+UP: Switch app (only available if two apps are snapped)
ZOOM+DOWN: Close apps
ZOOM+LEFT or ZOOM+RIGHT: Expand app

Cortana is also disabled by default, if you want to use Cortana, you need to visit Settings. You can also choose if you want Cortana (or Search) to be available on the lock screen, so you can add reminders and do math without having to unlock it.

Known bugs:
XTEMPxxx files (NO TOUCH)
Some memory errors when launching Settings

Thing to expect in the future:
Cortana launching apps
Project Spartan
More Snap support
Bug fixes

You read this long post Razz
Project Spartan Alpha should include a fake Cemetech and Windows website render while CALCnet is being developed. Very Happy
Hopefully it is.
Does anybody know if CALCnet is even still in development for the CSE?
Major bummer if it isn't...
Hopefully this project gets a Redstone set of updates Very Happy
Well, there won't be any more builds until my calculator gets fixed. Sad (which is hopefully soon)
Just condition it solar. Make sure to use a wall adapter, not a computer.
I've restarted the project, optimized everything, and made the SDK available for the public.
The new build (coming soon) will feature the first ever definitive Windows 10 UI (told you it was pre-released UI!), and the interface for Settings and Cortana already shows this.
Universal apps will come soon, along with smooth scrolling.
Give me time to add new features, as I literally deleted everything and restarted.
This look okay?

That Windows button could be repolished. Other than that, Everything's better and awesomer
I know Very Happy
The Windows button currently is just four rectangles.
I have yet to add the slants.
I like how the logo looks as it is.
Whoah, you restarted? It looks good for now!.
