I don't know how long TI used the TI-Basic name officially, but in my book, it's happened just now. Oh, and it says ASM is supported.

TI Education had at least been calling the language TI-BASIC as long ago as 2013, when the TI-84 Plus C Silver Edition was first released. They also indicated that ASM was supported on that calculators page, also at least as long ago as 2013. I'm not sure if we know when TI first adopted the community's name for the language, though.
