Hey guys,

A while ago with my team we started another project, directly after we finished IkarugaX hopefully we will bring to you in no time (finally) a fast and beautiful Worms clone !

So far, we have that :



Worms repartition into teams is being worked on.

This looks pretty cool. Will it be like Worms reloaded? I had actually just stumbled upon a couple of guys from TFS playing it via youtube, was amused by it.

This looks great! What sort of weapons and features do you have planned for it? It seems like you already have a lot of physics in place here.

Weapons ? A lot. Features ? Even more.
Seriously, we planned 16 weapons (some may find that's not much), among them are the bazooka, the baseball bat, the banana, the grenade, and the rest will be original work.

On the features side, as you can already see, pixel-perfect collisions, a melee engine (not demonstrated but done), a projectile engine (WIP), team plays (2 to 4 teams of 3 worms), custom maps loaded from flash (with map editor), of course weapons crates (not started yet), *maybe* wind, and more

And since I never updated the topic, here's the latest screenshot, demonstrating the bazooka (whose image is a banana, yes ) and the being-worked-on projectile engine :

matref, I must say this is looking incredibly spiffy! I especially like that 3D rotation transition. I look forward to downloading this. Nice work
