I don't visit very often, simply because there's not many people I know here. It's cool and all, but I'm more involved with Maxcoderz, Drubu Productions, and whatever else.

You'll have to wait for more than a month for these results to be valid though...

Until a month passes, these results won't be very valid... the people who visit less than a month aren't very likely to see this in the 2-3 days this poll was here...

Actually, they won't be very likely to see this poll even if they do visit this site...

True, but it still gives one somewhat of an idea.

Cool, someone who only visits once a month saw this!

Edit: why isn't there an "I never visit the forums" option?

You know, if we were really serrious, we could write a php or perl program to figure out how often people actually visit assuming they login a record is made.

Yeah, I know

BTW, did you ever enter the webstats line in the cron job, so it will automatically be rebuilt nightly?

Thanks.

Of course I did, if you check at the top of the stats page it always shows when they were last updated...usually takes less then 1 Minute to run (its scheduled for 3:55am localtime).

Not bad for ~267MB of log files to parse while building stats.

Is there any way I can change what I voted?

No, you cannot.

I can though, if I were to spend the time to figure out the format of the polls table in the database.

This topic has been here for two days.

100% of members here many times a day saw this (11 votes -> 11 members)
100% of members here once a day saw this (3 votes -> 3 members)
if several = 3-4 then
100% of members here several times a week saw this (1 votes -> 1 member)
18% of members here several times a month saw this (2 votes -> 11 members)
6.7% of members here once a month saw this (1 vote -> 15 members)

that is 41 of about 200 members so multiply by 5.

Many times a day = 55
Once a day = 15
Several times a week = 5
Once a week = 0
Several times a month = 55
Once a month = 75

It is nice to know you can take a population sample and apply it to the whole. However, the forum already gave you a percentage, so you really just wasted everyones time.

Still, you got the bronze star of mathematical achievement.
