Good point. Either way though, the quietness on yAronet is worrisome. I hope TI didn't kill the installer project.

Here is my latest idea. I own both a CAS and regular NSpire calculator. I would like to be able to tote around only the regular one with CAS functionality and 84 functionality. As I understand it, the current hack interrupts the boot sequence. Wouldn't it be possible to add a bootloader that detects between the NSpire keypad and the 84 one, automatically loading the right OS? Perhaps, to prevent people from stealing and using CAS without paying for it, a program could be written that would enable this functionality only after a Send-OS command from a CAS to a non-CAS.
