Hi.

Metroid 68K is now in the final testing stages.
Therefore i would like to get some people to beta test it before i can do a final release of the game.



Game description:

Metroid 68K is a brand new metroid game for your calculator.
It runs on all 68K calculators, that is Ti-89, Ti-89 Titanium, Ti-92+ and Voyage 200.
The game has beautiful grayscale graphics with lots on animations.

The game takes place on the planet Zebes. Your mission is to hunt down
and destroy the almighty Mother Brain to establish peace in space.
You will meet a ton of different monsters on your journey to the inner of planet Zebes.
6 different metroid kinds resides on the planet.

Plenty of different power-ups will aid you on your mission. Some of them are the Spider ball,
Spring ball, Varia Suit, Space jump ability, many weapon upgrades and even more.

With it's huge maps to explore Metroid 68K will keep you entertained for a long time!
And don't worry, you can save your game at any time ;-)

The keypad settings and game speed can be altered during gameplay.


Key features:
-Grayscale graphics
-Huge maps that will keep you occupied playing for a long time
-Many different weapons including the icebeam ,wawe beam,spazer lazer beam and plasma beam
-Additional weapons like missiles and bombs.
-Many different powerups like the springball, spiderball, Varia suit, high jump boots, space jump, and screw attack.
-A ton of different monsters and creatures throughout the game
-6 different types of metroids, including the almighty mother brain!
-Save game (3 slots)
-Configurable keys and game speed

I am totally game for testing it. The screenies look great and all the features sound great. Lach you always got amazing stuff. I'm off to check out the earlier release.

I was going to upload the game, but couldn't find the file archive anymore...

The file archive is still there, but the interface for it is missing. See this topic for details of how to get at a file...
