Linux isnt free anymore because SCO is charging for it. Apparently some of their 'old' code was liscenced to a Unix vendor which was then taken and shaped into linux without SCO's knowledge or consent.

ATM it cosets a LOT of cash to legally use Linux ... a m$ tactic anyone.....?

link ...... Smile.

so rewrite that portion of the code and move on. Then we aren't using thier code, so they have no legal claim.
Edit: Upon reading the article, it looks like they have no legal claim in the first place. SCO must end. Or else just become a law firm. They make all thier money trying to sue people anyway.

Nah, Linux is free. Linus Torvalds, the dude who got bitten by a penguin, made Linux, which was intended to be better than minux.

Sure,

Yes, it is much better than Minux. Linux utilizes protected memory mode, stays 100% postfix compliant, and has an intregate system of interrupts within the kernel. Linux can allocate up to 4096 MB of random access memroy, and has complete controll of all processes and threatds.

Linux truely is better than Minux.
