well, paint-pens are the same as spray paint...the same type of paint that is, and paint-pens don't work well.

That's what I was contemplating in my post before...I would hazard a guess acrylic would be better, but water-based might work just as good.

install LED's into it and while you have it open, you mine as well back-light the screen.

or you could always sell it for 50 on ebay and give yourself a go on the TI-89 (i do not own one personally) or use the money to buy an nSpire and help everyone hack it Smile

ive already got the nspire cas (look at decription) and LED's dont do anything for me

Well, since you really don't want to do anything with soldering, you really don't have many cool options. The only real things left would be to smash it, blow it up, sell it, or throw it at some one. The choice is left to you Razz

I think it would very digg-worthy to have a gameboy-styled paint job while running TI-Boy. Maybe Kerm Martian can help. He did the red & silver ultimate calc paint job and it turned out alright.

although it would be nice, i am only willing to use my ti83+, on which, tiboy does not work

i would paint it gun metal so that it would become a ti89
