| I have recently had a problem in my computer. When certain programs are installed, an error message will sometimes pop up. It turns the whole screen blue and with white writing if says on the top something like "POOL_HEADER" and It gives instructions to uninstall all recently installed hardware and software, and says something about a dump of physical memory. After you turn the computer off and back on again and when you log on a standard error screen comes up saying that "windows has recovered from a serious error" and asks if you want to send an error report. The error started appearing right after I installed TI-Connect. I tried reinstalling it but the error continued. So I uninstalled it. Right after I uninstalled it a blue screen came up saying that "TICONNECT.sys had had an error" but that didn't happen again. So yesterday I tried to Install the Flash debugger for the wappsign for Basic Builder. The same thing happened with the pool_header thing. But I had installed the Flash Debugger before without this problem. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks. |

Try plugging "ticalc.sys" (quotes included) into our forum's search feature and reading through the results. It might help further if you select "ยป All Forums" under Search Where.
