4. It's in ticalc's upload queue Smile

Would you consider posting it to this forum for a sneak preview w/ instructions? I can't see what harm it could do. You could even upload it to sharebee or something

New emulator version, now once again compatible with Ndless. (v0.23 and v0.24 didn't work) Also, you can now choose the name of the folder to send documents to.

Goplat, I installed ndless by directions - everything apparently went well, but the emulator seems to keep rebooting the last step. Neutral
Here is a diagnostic message [the cpu reset looks suspiciuos ? seems to infinite loop on a reset]
This is for os1.1 NONCAS

Code:
Purging temporary files...
Launching system...
Probe Session Manager Initialized
Probe Session Task started.
************ rm_strings.c:315 ************
Wrote to translated code at 1014aa58. Deleting translations.
CPU reset

Boot Loader Stage 2 (1.4.1571)

EDIT: adding the /k option eliminates the problem.
EDIT: For the CAS version 1.1 once again the installation scripts went well, but I get an System error when I run the emulator the very last step.

Code:
Initializing graphics subsystem.
Boot option: Normal

Initializing filesystem.

EDIT: It could be me I am using noncas: 1.1.9253, cas: 1.1.9170.
The calculater install is going well from online .... Smile

Darn! I'm running into the power management bug discussed several posts back. It's a bit inconvenient to have to take out a battery to turn on my calculator. Anyone have a workaround?

Is there any hope for a version that works on OS 1.7? 1.1 is pretty crummy for math purposes.

That's totally awesome!

I just don't know how you manage to do it calc84maniac! You seem to adapt to new languages (ASM, ARM) like fire!

This is very impressive work!

EDIT: Wouldn't a GBA emulator be possible as well? And what about sound, I wonder?

Now it would be great if ndless would work with 1.7, because 1.1 sucks a bit, specialy because you can't use newer files.

ExtendeD: I got ndless to install the first time on my CAS. The demo worked !!!
I was going to print out this java code and go over it with a red pen to see how the exploit works.
The real discovery is doing this manually like you did. I was wondering if you can give a brief flow chart/ block diagram with descriptions, addresses of
how the exploit works ?

I made a quick-'n'-dirty proof video of it. The quality is pretty lousy, but it does show Pokémon Blue Version:

I wonder if it could be made to work with this and this (from this page).

I hope this hasn't already been posted, but I am very interested in programming for the Nspire now that Ndless is available. I don't have any experience programming for anything besides a computer, so I wanted to know if there were any resources available to help me program for the Nspire. I also have no idea how to compile the code once it is done, as just trying to use the "make" command on one of the demos included with Ndless didn't work. I would appreciate if anybody knew resources to help me learn how to program for the Nspire and how to compile the code once it is done. Thanks in advance!
