Yep. I had to take a lot of those out of RW2 to get it to work on flash

Is there any quick way to describe what you did? I would LOVE to use these routines, but I have to use Applications because of my huge amount of data content

Writing your own sprite routine is a good exercise, and not as difficult as you might think. Smile There are plenty of different ways to go about it without doing any self-modification. I haven't seen the routine you guys are discussing, but it sounds like it is seriously over-optimized for execution speed - and if you try to hack the routine around to avoid the SMC, you're not going to get that speed anyway.
