I have a computer at home and i cant get my internet to work because...well i really dont know! i try to connect and the computer says "error 630! your modem is not responding!" i checked my modem the other night and i checked if every plug was plugged in. can anyone tell me or give me some help with this problem?

can you please be a little more specific and give some details like what brand modem you have and what browser you use ect.
