Well, from the title, you can guess its about video cards. BUT, i cant seem to find a cheap cheap one that has a s-video INPUT. I can only find those with outputs. Does anyone know of one that has a s-vid input, or RCA inputs? I i already have a output card...but what in really need is a input. I hope someone can find one for me, i need one in my computer. Or for that fact, an adaptor of anysort that will allow me to input RCA/s-vid into my computer (ex: play ps2 on my computer when the tv's being used...). Please Help, thanks,

Chances are, you're not finding input cards because you're looking at video output cards when you should be looking at video capture cards. Take a look at these:

I use a dedicated VGA box. I understand that the latency induced by capture cards can be a bit of a problem for gameplay, especially on cheap cards, so it might be worth checking.

As far as software goes, VirtualDub and Media Player Classic can playback directly from video capture sources (VirtualDub can also filter the video in real-time, which might be handy).
