Does anyone know of a website with good JAVA tutorials? I know the basics and am interested in learning how to actually USE the language (if you understand what I mean). I have a few sources but I'm wondering what you guys would consider the best.

I will, but I was planning on doing alot today (no school, and I can't contact any freinds) so while I didn't mention it before a website would be preferable.

I love the tutorials section java.sun.com It is a complete tutorial that goes from "Hello World" to multi threading. The API is also helpful for learning the Java Library, but it isn't necessarily good for actually learning how to use Java.

if you are interested in an online tutorial do like c_plus_plus said and go to java.sun.com but if you ever want to get a book on java programming i would suggest that you get Sams Teach Yourself Java 2 in 21 Days by Laura Lemay & Roger Cadenhead.
