Did you try reinstalling the driver or transferring another file? I know for a fact that some progs can't be sent, for some random reason. |

Check if on your calc, in the memory menu, if there are some files that have no size (just a blank space). If there are some, delete them and retry using TI-Connect (or whatever you are using) |

[post="94828"]<{POST_SNAPBACK}>[/post] Might want to keep an eye out for corrupted groups or programs. I would archive all the important stuff first, then try and delete the progs. There are also some progs that say their size is HUGE, then clear your RAM when you try and delete them.
I have experienced also certain programs that you can see, but show up as UNDEFINED. |

Next time this happens (it will) do the following
1:retry
2:retry
3:unistall ti-graphlink and reboot you computer
4:retry
5:work it out yourself
this has been brought up before. Use the search function.

C:\Program Files\TI Education\TI-Graph Link 83 Plus\UNWISE.EXE
Alternatively: Start » Run... » "appwiz.cpl"
(Assuming that you have it installed.)
It could also be a Windows permissions problem. Are you logged in as Administrator?
