File Name :: Wormi X
Author :: Harrierfalcon
Category :: Ti-83plus Basic Games
Screenshot ::
Description ::
Yes, this is using the exact same engine as Nibbles X. But with one fundamental difference. Rather than pressing the direction you want to go in, you press left and right, which turn you according to your position. So if you're going left and you press right, you'll start going up. It's hard to get used to but easy once you get the hang of it. It also runs a little faster than Nibbles X, due to use of only 1 Pt-On( command rather than 2. Also included is a tamper-proof (almost) high score.

No pics used and list WRM created.

There is an interesting "invisible food" glitch. I don't know what causes it, but it makes for some interesting game play (the glitch is in Nibbles X too--if you know what causes it let me know). It appears for a split second at the end of you, then disappears. If you run into it it registers, and the game continues as meant to. It's still interesting though.

Boi, where do you get the time to make all these games? Anyway, looks good. I like the relative turning idea, it was used in Uncle Worm, and makes it a bit more challenging.

Challenging at first, maybe. And I'll tell you something, when you're as bored as I am, you have to find something to do. This is it.

Thanks for the comments!

Back to the game, if a black box appears somewhere in your tail, when you finish going through it only four harmless white dots will be left. Levels would be nice, too. I like the interface, though, and it has good gamespeed.

The only thing I don't like is the slowness of the opening menu thing. The game is fast, though!

Yah, my nibbles games always have weirdo glitches. But nobody said they weren't fun Very Happy
