Let's take the board description and announcement and bring them into a pinned topic inside this forum. As it is, I think it's too verbose on the outside, and too in-the-way when viewing threads and writing posts on the inside. We could call the topic "Regarding UTI-Staff Activities" and put a  next to it so that we can see the reminder only when we feel fit to look at it. This shouldn't be a problem as there aren't any people browsing this forum who would need the locations of such details handed to them.
