Has anyone made a Frogger game for the 83+/84+?
If so I would like to know where to get it.
If not I will try to make one. (It will take awhile because I have almost no free time and I am still not the best programmer.)

Searching ticalc.org yields 39 results (some of which may be for the wrong calculator). There's also a Frogger game in our archives: http://www.unitedti.org/index.php?download=33

there's also my Frog RPG which includes a Frogger minigame, it got a very good review on ticalc.org.
