one of problems happening with me , is that i runout of battery fast!

i was wondering if there is a pc programming tool that does all the coding and simulate the compiling ... with good maner?

An emulator? Sure, there are plenty: VirtualTI, PindurTI, etc...

Write basic programs with graphlink or something.

For C/ASM programs, use TIGCC
