if one was to make a perfect program on the ti calculator, it MUST be sodaplay and sodarace.

this is basically a java app. consisting of mass, muscle, spring functions, so the movements can be edited by users, and making them move as if you just created another life form Smile
let's make something like this on the ticalc, preferrably in asm.

It's a nice idea, but unfortunately impossible. Have you seen how slow SodaConstructer runs on old computers, who have 20x the clock speed of a calculator? It's hard enough to do Geometer's Sketchpad. The screen size constraint would also be a big issue.

And java in your web browser is (probably) 20 times slower than asm.
But it would be difficult I agree.

He's pointing out that ASM on the calculator is 20 times faster than Java on the computer. This will supposedly make up for the fact the calc is 20 times slower than the computer.
