Im working on an rpg in BASIC called Final Fantasy: Requiem of Shadows. It's going to be using xLib, and feature an interesting storyline with plot twists like you wouldnt believe. I'm hoping to make it one of the better BASIC rpgs out there. Ive got the beginnig of the storyline written, and my friend sarah will be douing character art, while my sprite makers make sprites (obviously...). So this project is definately underway.

IIRC, bbcode should be more standard colors that have names. (I think the list includes teal and cyan, I'm not sure).

I wonder if you can use hex?

Check out the topic Goose made. It has all the color names and, yes, you can use hex.

Final Fantasy... should be cool. What do you have in mind for the storyline?

I'm writing the storyline out before i do much actual coding, that way i know what to do next. download what i have done on the storyline at this place. Its not much, but im working at it.

Is it against the UTI policy to post in different colors? Just wondering, and Loki yes on all forums usaully..

Yes, the doc is a bit messed up. Something happened with the formatting and i've been too lazy to fix it. I'll get around to it after i do a bit of site and forum work. Thanks for reminding me.

As long as it's readable, I don't see the problem with it, but if lots of people are complaining, it might be a good idea to stop.

yeah, that green hurts my eyes, but blue is okay. The only possible problem is that people usually use blue for code.
