I do not plan to Weregoose... I'm just saying that it would help considering the size needed for the graphics of my game. I'm just saying 5 letters is better then 15.

These are the best so far.

Mirink
Gleamscythe
Spork (by far)
and the one I made: The sword of ikigongongongaitmarshmelow but I probably won't use it, the name is 35 bites everytime I say it and it doesn't fit on the screen.

When I said "spork," it was meant entirely as a joke (note the ellipses). :)

Hey, spork is still awesome.

I'm kidding about spork...

Because I can't make screenshots (don't ask) I'm gonna take photo's of the graphics and post them when I get the chance. Is there a way I can post it without forcing you to download it in order to see it?

PS Is the following fence OK: W's overlapping M's

PPS Where is Omega? I've deffinitly seen it used but can't find it anywhere.

PPPS If a player doesn't have MOS can he view the lowercase letters.

The image needs to be downloaded anyway if we want to see it! Regardless, if it's reduced to a reasonable size, the distortion shouldn't hurt it too much when it's previewed as an attachment.

Is it using the large font? What will be the pixel gap between each fence? What type of fence is it?

M's and W's in -1 font displayed one line of text at a time:

Text(-1,10,10,"WWWWWWWWWWWW
StorePic 1
Text(-1,10,10,"MMMMMMMMMMMMMMM
RecallPic 1

I meant not display as an attachement.

Lol... unrelated but by having my avatar linked to my website I drained the bandwidth now no-one can see it and my loyal fans (maybe one or two exist) will get no updates.

I did a ton of engine work today and I'll be posting a program that summarises the movement program. It'll be using output instead of text and won't be anything like the game, it's just to let you know what I'm doing. I'm keeping most graphic's secret but put it this way. Quote from kid sitting next to me in math:
Quote:
Holy $%#$ you can do graphics like that on a calculator!!!

BTW he was playing a game written in assembally.

<unrelated thing today that is the pinical of awsomeness>In Judo the kid slipped when attacking me so I threw him directly against the wall. *CRACK*. We look but nothing seems to have accually happened to the wall. Ten seconds later the owner of the chinese place next door comes in and complains that a peice of wall is in a customers wanton soup. Ahh... good times.</unrelated thing today that is the pinical of awsomeness>

Unfortunately at this point it's all theory and graphics design. I do have a scrolling engine which I'm working on, should be done tonight, that's the same thing except on the output screen. It's just a big maze with no objective.

Yes tons of progress!!! In the negative direction =(

The graphics I was working on for combat wern't working quite right so I had to redo alot of the engine design. This wouldn't be bad but the new engine requires really toned down graphics.
They still look good considering no asm though. The text is still way to slow. Anyone have a way to get around this?
