When I hit the edit button the post I edit dosn't have the same properties that the one I'm editing did ex. The enable emoticons button dosn't deselect its self if I had done that before the edit :\ it would be nice if the edit function could tell wether I had turned smileys off before or not ^_^

It's intended to work that way, normal behaviour for ipb forums.

If it's stored in the database we could modify the 'edit post' page's code to include a query and keep the smileys turned off, don't know if trouble like that is worth it.
