The point of this topic is to say what programming language you know that not many people know about. I would like to know what sorts of exotic programming languages are out there.

I'm doing some work with an ABEL Hardware Description Language this semester for programmable logic. Development can get...frustraiting.

Heh, the most obscure programming language I've heard of is Java. lol
Seroiusly, the most unusual one was FORTRAN, but that's not really rare.

FORTRAN used to be like C++: you were the coolest programmer if you knew it. But then it died down for some reason...

Except that FORTRAN is useless and nobody uses it anymore and C++ is one of the best languages around and used in a great number of modern games as well as programming for consoles.
