Whenever I try sending stuff to my calc it freezes..
i cleared my ram (thinking that may be my problem) but it didn't work..
I wait patiently but i get frustrated and i end up pulling the usb cord out.

so... what in the world is going on?
What can i do to fix this?

your calc is supposed tofreeze whenyousend something toit. Justwaituntilthe computer saysthe sendingisdone, and itshouldn'tbefrozen again.

Whenyousend sumthing toyour calc, go to the homesreen, and send the filefrom yourcomputer using ti-connect

if there are stillproblems, trydownloading thelatestversionof ti-connect.

Select a space, ctrl+c, and press ctrl+v instead of the spacebar from then on.

This method is even more fun when your entire keyboard doesn't work any more.

see, the problem is that it stays frozen for a long period of time, like 30 mins.

Was that 30 minutes or 30 seconds? These slowdowns used to be a big problem with the older parallel/serial links, which is probably one reason why they switched to USB. If it's 30 minutes and the reset isn't solving anything, I'd suspect its a ROM corruption issue, or maybe just TI-Connect's settings. You haven't opened your case or anything have you?

Is the calc's OS up to date? Also see if new batteries make any difference.
