But I will try refraining what you described as "spamming".  M'kay?

For future reference:

The past 20+ posts in this topic,
http://forums.unitedti.org/index.php?showt...indpost&p=33805,
and stuff like that is what I, and anybody who knows what spamming actually is, call "spamming".

:|

Also, your previous 2 attempts at refraining from spamming have been really succesfull, I hope this attempt shares that success.

Yes, and it's completely wrong and unfair for me to take actions when people screw up (aka spam) right?

To an extent, yes. Is your whole statement correct? No.

There is no such thing as an extend when it comes to a yes or no (notice the completely) question.

Care to elaborate in a new post so your postcount increases more than it could have if you elaborated what you men right away?

In other words, the two statements I posted last have the same meaning. Remove the (aka Spam) and it would be correct.

I'm leaving now. Be back in the morning.

Well, if you don't see "screw up" as being something worse than your regular behaviour, then how do you seperate this other than labeling one as spam and one as not spam? Or do you consider yourself to always spam? I don't think so.

What would you see as "screw up"?

Hmmm... by screw up I mean like going on a spamming rage on the insult forum (now closed) about a month ago. Not just oooh, one-word post or double-posting.

By single post do you mean one post or a one word post?

Either way, it's not in the rules.

Quote:
At United-TI, we try not to limit what you have to say.

You must not steal the work of other people and post it as your own without explicit permission; however, using proper citation is usually considered acceptable.

You must not double post, advertise to sell stuff, or Spam.

Although we permit you to use curse words, we suggest you try to find other ways to express yourself when possible. Still, excessive use of profanity is frowned upon.

We reserve the right to change or delete anything you post, but we are unlikely to take such extreme actions. Furthermore, if there is a severe problem, we will probably notify you. In all, we support your right to free, unabridged speech even when you are saying something bad about us.

Please stay on topic.

Please keep your signatures concise.

We may change these rules in anyway we see fit with or without notice.

Thank you for reading the rules

If you have any questions, comments, concerns, or shouts of derision, please contact us or any other member of the Administration Team (Staff).

Only the part about double posting is against the rules and no, not all one word posts are spam.

I'm guessing a post that has one word in it.

Does that matter?

Yes, why do you think I had a negative post count?!? Because Arcane's makin' up his own rules without telling anyone...

Funny, I only remember two people getting negative post counts from his "made up" rules...

See? If it were a rule then he would've been exploiting it a lot more often.

Or perhaps his "rules" are just common sense to the rest of the visitors here.

Enough said on that...

Has anyone heard much about compatibility issues involving games and the 84+ SE?
