Arcane Wizard, why in the world do you type the hexcodes in manually? don't you have a link cable either? And if the answer is no to the latter question, why don't you then use an emulator, to test the program, so you can just load the file? Then you would just have to type the program in once when it was finally finished.

You would type it in manually if you preffered this, had to, or wanted to save time and have the entire assembly->hex codes memorized including memory addresses for all the rommcalls.

I do have a working cable now, go me.

I didn't use VTI because 1) it sucks 2) it really really sucks 3) it crashes every 10 seconds 4) half the VTI functions make it crash 5) most assembly programs don't work on it 6)if it works it messes up the screen so you can't see what happends 7) I only have a regular Ti83 rom so Ti83+ assembly won't work anyway 8)sending files to it makes it crash 9)it's slow 10)whoever made it should burn in hell, and 11) I don't like it much.

And I guess that sums it up? Anyways I am also working on a memory expander for the TI 83+. Remember Pixpand? It uses Playstation Memory Cards as the external hard drive. I have already made a Playstation Memory Card Reader/Writer called Ice Write so that is one step to completion of the project.

The NES has only 1k of ram located at address 0000, why use a NES? Total ram size can get as high as 9k when a cartridge with ram is inserted. (like mario 3, dragon warrior, zelda...)

Your lies about expanding the ram in the NES are entertaining, just like reading about Hays Games Corporation threatening to nuke China.
