Shadowing: click on EDIT, then click on "enable smilies" and put it in the off position to get rid of the Cool.

I would say a game like FF should be in ASM. I tried to make a BASIC rpg, and it proved too difficult and not fast enough (especially level creation). Plus, there aren't enough good Asm programmers around and we could use some more.

We need an option to specifically disable that one smilie. It's the only one I ever have problems with. Or we could change it to something other than b).

Haha ok. It might have some parts in ASM if it's too slow. Good luck with your game too.

Event Horizon is a good name for an RPG.

And you aren't posing off me, I've seen it done way more before I started doing it for CC.

It's possible. And we need good basic programmers much more than good asm programmers. Believe it or not, there are many more of the second. Cool Cool Cool Cool Cool

I agree with you. There's people like Bryan Thomas and stuff that can make games that are actually enjoyable in BASIC. All my games have been just ok. I'd say my best was Tron, which ran pretty fast, even with an AI. Maybe one day I'll be a good basic programmer like you said.

It's way cooler to do something that everyone considers impossible to do. [Pourin' my heart out] Possibilities are endless in ASM (compared to BASIC), and doing something with nothing is truly amazing.[/Pourin' my heart out]
