The BASIC Elite Project
Published by KermMartian on May 17, 2005 at 12:00:00 AM CST | Discuss this article
Today Cemetech has announced a new project, tentatively called The BASIC Elite. This is an independent group that will be overseen by Cemetech and will review various BASIC programs, select the most outstanding and extraordindary of them, and publish the reviews in a newsletter. It will spearhead an attempt to once and for all separate the rare wheat from the nearly ubiquitous chaff of TI-BASIC programs that are available on ticalc.org and the web at large. This project is the brainchild of Jonathan Pezzino, a relatively new Cemetech member, who will be the Co-Editor of the newsletter and one of the three main organizers of this project.
In other news, the Cemetech Forum appears to be unavailable because of a database problem; I am working hard to fix the issue.
