You basically said everything I was going to. "Moe" is often appropriated to simply mean cute/sweet things though, rather than caring about everything Wikipedia says. /r/awwnime is all SFW- the mods remove sketchy content.

Oh no, you can somewhat-sorta see the outline of her bra; not pornographic at all. It would be pornography if both that shirt and bra were missing, but I think it'd be safe to assume that Tari wouldn't post that.

On another note I feel bad for helping in the derailing of this thread so I decided while anime is not my thing I'd pick up something from /c/ to make up for that
