I have a test plan in Excel. I want to be able to put it into a post but I keep loosing the formating. With the lost formatting it is worthless. I do not know to upload the test plan into the post.

Your best bet is to create a Google Account and upload your spreadsheet to Google Documents. From there, post the document URL into a post.
You may need to enable everyone to see the document from the doc settings (not the account settings).
