Touch Lua is an iOS application that allows you to create Lua scripts. It is free to download and you can purchase the draw library for 5.99.

Using Lua you can make graphs, charts, games, and more. Also unlike programming in assembly you can't accidentally crash your iPhone, and it is easier to program for than assembly. You should give it a try.
