Well, I had thought my computer was working, and everything was running smoothly. Apparently, I was wrong...
I find a program I want, I download the installation file, I install it. Then I run the program. Works nice, runs fine, etc. I'm happy. Then I close the program, for whatever reason. Maybe I need to restart my computer because of Windows updates, maybe I'm done with the program, maybe it's taking up too much RAM that I need to play Half-Life. I dunno... Anyway, I close the program. Later, I decide I want to use it again. I go over, click on the icon, and wait. Three seconds later, I have an error message on my screen: "<program name> has stopped working. Windows can check online for a solution to the problem... etc, etc, etc". I close the program and try again. Same thing. I restart my computer, and open the program. Same thing.
Why does this happen? Why does the program work once, then never again?
I've tried Googling the problem, and got no relevant results. Am I the only one having this issue?
Is it a hardware or software issue?
I'm using Windows 7 Ultimate. This happened in the RC too. Is something wrong with Windows?
Soo... yeah. Still don't have a working computer. I'm getting really tired of this.
